Rafting can be a potentially dangerous sport. The Client goes down the river at his/her own risk. Malecek rafting provides all the necessary information about rafting, the Client by following them minimizes the potential risk. In case of unfavourable conditions (e.g. too high river flow) Malecek rafting informs the Client or does not recommend rafting.

Yes, it is! We provide certified life jackets for children and adults. Dogs (and other pets) are also welcome at Malecek rafting.

Yes, dogs are also welcome on the cruise! However, they must not endanger or disturb other clients. Larger dogs may be required to pay a fee. Dogs should be muzzled for safety reasons.

We recommend parking in one of the city car parks (P1, P2 or P5). All car parks are 5-10 min walk from our reception at Kaplická 27, Český Krumlov.

Yes, the price per person is final. It includes boat and equipment rental as well as transportation. Transport is provided only for trips that start or end outside Cesky Krumlov. Transportation from the destination is provided exclusively to the reception (Kaplická 27, Č. Krumlov) – unfortunately, transportation to the Cient’s accommodation is not possible.

Until 18:00, unless Malecek rafting specifies otherwise. In case of later return or return of boats at a different place than agreed, Malecek rafting will charge a contractual penalty according to the valid price list.

Payment is in cash only. It is possible to pay in CZK and EUR.

If you have submitted your booking (including any deposit payment) but have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder. If there is no confirmation here, please contact us at lode@malecek.cz and we will resend you a confirmation. No worries – your reservation is valid.
